December 1 2021 Paid $1000 Brought vehicle in over a month ago for a transmission to be rebuilt. I was told it would take one week. Every time I called to check on the status of my vehicle there was no answer to the phone . They closed their office without even informing their customers. The shop manager promised several times that the van was almost done and lied multiple times. They sent our car out twice to another location and was still unable to fix it. They broke the engine mount while repairing the transmission . I asked to speak to the owner multiple times and he never returned my call. I had to rent a car for weeks costing me hundreds of dollars due to their negligence and was not offered reembursement . I have missed work and appointments due to not being able to find a ride and still don’t have my vehicle back. No call from owner as of yet. And vehicle is still in repair shop today.Business response

This repair took several weeks longer to complete than we originally estimated due to some circumstances that were unfortunate and beyond my control. I spoke with this customer 3 days after her request for me to call her. I was in the Mountains of Colorado without reliable cell phone service these 3 days. When I arrived at the airport in Houston I called her right away. We have completed the repair and the customer picked up the vehicle last week.
