They are selling vehicles without proper inspection once bought from the auctions. The battery was leaking acid, day two of having the vehicle it stopped working them waited 3 day for it to get picked up then a week for it to be ready for pick up just to be told the terminal was not connected properly. Three days later of having the vehicle it stopped working. At this point a machanic was called and determined that one of the cells in his the battery was bad and that the acid was leaking. The only attempt made by the business was to charge the battery. So I had to buy a new battery. The car after two weeks was repossessed for non payment. We were told that we had a three day ***** period to make a payment, day 2 of that ***** period the car was towed. Later to be told that there was no notes in the system and no guarantee in the extension. This importance piece of information was not told to us when we received the call about the payment. And may I add the same day of purchase an alert came up in the vehicle that the oil life was at 0% and had to get an oil change. This company has had several similar complaints and sadly saw them after purchasing from them.Review from Marie M

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware!! Every negative comment said about this dealership is true. The salesperson will take your down payment and then tell you about the deferred down payment afterwards. The car will not be clean and have mechanical issues because it was not serviced before being sold. The employees lack integrity and will give you a different answer every time you call. They only care about getting your money. The operations manager will appear to care but dont be fooled, she doesnt. When you call they will tell you that the owner doesnt get involved with daily operations. They dont respond to emails so dont bother sending any. They have had my car for almost 30 days, since June 14. I was informed on June 26 that the deductible had to be paid before they can start repairs on my vehicle. Had I known that I would have paid it when the vehicle was towed there. Im out $2000 which was my total down payment and they could care less about returning my vehicle in a timely manner. I read that Mo is a veteran and I hope its not true because its disappointing that he would take advantage of people like this. Theres a big sign on the lot that says no credit check and they will tell you its a soft pull and the account will not be added to your credit report. That is a lie! It will be a hard pull and show up on your credit report. Desperation can cause you to make desperate decisions that will hurt you in the long run. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They don't really care about the customer AT ALL! I have gotten 4 cars from this place and 2 out of the 4 were decent cars little to no is***s. But the other two were lemons. the warranty they sale you to get with the car is s***** they don't know how to fixing cars. You're chancing it when getting a car from this place. They put my 3 children and my self is a dangerous car and keeps doing it kept my care for days in service wasn't working on it. When I called to check on it they said they drove it for 10 mins and it was fine ... the mechanic can't drive it any longer. I asked did you check the battery and or starter the manager of service told me to my face nobody told me to check it! WTF! The salesman walk around saying how no one can *** they they are protected. The individuals that work they have to be the most ignorant people gathered tougher and placed at one company lol. I got my last car from there day 2 of having it , it stops working I was told I would be reimbursed for my tow and they would buy a new fuel line because they sold me a car with a fried fuel line gas leaking which is a legal matter no one has refused me for the tow or got back to me about that part. The customer Service there is worst then ******* customer service everyone is rude and on edge all the time. Place needs 0 stars!!!!! They sale nothing but lemons here! *** hard working people out of money! Its a whole scam. They have 2 locations and all the employees are rude, disrespectful, and scammers! Apparently the mechanics have no schooling or skill! Just pathetic place all around! SAPD has been out here numerous times due to them scamming people and honestly I dont know how theyre open! When I say run and don't look there way! This company needs to be looked at. I bought a truck 3 months ago and when I went to see it the check engine light was on, the sales man assured me it was nothing that he would have it fixed and it would be fine. Clearly everything about this place is a lie. I'm 4 months in paying for a truck i still haven't not had in my possession. They claim its being serviced and I don't know how many parts they have told me that they have changed and still don't have my truck back. I'm still making my monthly payments for nothing. They lie about everything. Take your hard making money somewhere else. You will totally regret buying your car here. Please take my advise they paint you a very pretty picture until you sign that agreement after that they wash your hands clean. I went to speak to the owner **** to try to get some help. He listen to me and asked me to call him in a week and he gave me his cell phone number. When I went to call it was the wrong number. This place is a ripoff. I had 3 different cars here within a year . For moe to tell me I’m the reason the cars keep messing up . This company does not care about its customers at all. Today my sister had to call to set up a promise to pay on her account as advised by me because she has just switched jobs after going through a break up after a 5 year relationship she now has to pay her own bills. She has already found employment and her first pay day would be on the 27th. Im sitting here with her as she calls them and their response after she explains she just found employment is we dont do promise to pays or payments plans you can try to send your employment letter to blah blah email and my manager will approve or deny it. I was baffled by the disregard they had for her. So you mean to tell me that if she is not approved that you will reposes the car without giving her a chance to pay? She's taking responsibility by calling you all and letting you know her situation as well as trying to make arrangement's to pay the full note on the 27th not half not a third the entire payment. Seeing her cry after that call worrying about how she's going to get to work to pay her bills was extremely frustrating.Review from Crystal P.

They basically sold me a car thats not drivable or safe for kids ! ******* didnt let me pick my own car out they did it for me only because my limited income so instead they picked my car for me . And basically had me put ***** down and pay 403 a month ! when I got my car the radio didnt work . My dash went out and my ac went out as well I took my car in to get it fixed at 9am- 04/4 and went to go check status . And they never looked at it. I at first did doubt coming here as alot of other places did not work out but **** did an amazing job and helped me stay within my budget. I recommend this place to anyone having trouble getting a car it was an amazing experience
