On 12/17/2021 we switched exclusively to Aire Serv for our AC needs. They replaced parts running to a condenser that they later said had failed due to improper wiring.On 8/6/22, they were called out and assessed that they needed to replace a fan motor. We agreed to the replacement.On 6/28/23, they were called out because of a complete failure of the unit. They said that the previous person who installed the fan motor did it incorrectly and there was wrongful wiring with the repair.Invoice numbers are ********, ********, and ******** respectively. After being informed of their mistake that caused our unit to needing a full replacement, the owner contacted us telling us that he would correct the mistake. However, he only offered to sell us a new condensing unit for a reduced price or reimburse us for using another company.Distrusting his mechanic and not wanting to give the company money for ruining our unit, we consulted another company. This company told us we could not replace the outside unit alone, because that would cause damage to the inside unit and it would need to be replaced from the damage eventually too.We went with the other company for the repairs and informed the owner of Aire Serv of the situation. As of right now he is refusing to do anything to reimburse us for the damage his mechanic caused and refusing to acknowledge that these are the necessary repairs at all. He has ignored my phone calls and ignored my emails for months instead of trying to work with me to solve the problem as it unfolded. Now I am filing a complaint because of his unwillingness to work with us despite stating he would when the problem occured.
