Bought a new vehicle end of March 2022 from Gene Messer Toyota. With this my GAP and Warranty were purchased as well with Toyota Financial Services and my warranty and GAP were with Group 1 Automotive. Couple weeks later my bank called and was able to get me GAP, Warranty with better interest rate so cheaper car payment. I put in on April 27 to have my Warranty and GAP with Group 1 Automotive cancelled and they said they would send me a refund and if not received within the 45 days to contact them back. Beginning of June they sent me my GAP refund check but have not sent me the Warranty refund check. I have called and emailed them almost everyday the past 2 weeks because now it has been over the 45 days and no one is calling me back or emailing me back regarding my warranty refund. It's not like they are having to approve me for anything, it's my money they are sending me back! How long does it take to print out a check and put it in the mail? Honestly?Business response
