********************** Opened 09/2008, closed 06/2024. Ive submitted on multiple occasions via Transunion, Experian contesting the account has been paid off and closed, Ive submitted the documentation evidence from the ********************** Collectech Diversified, Inc. is continuously refusing to update the account and submit the account has been paid off and closed. This needs to be resolved.Business response

I am not reliable for this debt with ************************* with LUBBOCK POWER & LIGHT. I do not have a contract with Collectech Diversified, Inc. they did not provide me with the original contract as requested.This is account was report to my credit account, I never authorized the person living at this address to use my personal information. I have no knowledge of this account. I have uploaded a picture of my ID to prove that I was living at a different house and my lease payment online. This is fraud when I called LP&L there was another house listed instead of mine!Customer response

My only residence in ******* was **************** for that entire year. I should not have any bills from other houses and thats what was stated on the phone with LP&L that there was another house in my name. Id like this taken off my credit report and fixed immediately.Business response

The accounts have been validated as required under federal law. If ******************* thinks he has been the victim of identity theft, he should file a report with the ************************* and forward a copy to CDI. CDI has reported the the credit bureaus that the information is disputed.Initial Complaint

This is account was report to my credit account, I never authorized the person living at this address to use my personal information. I have no knowledge of this account. This account has been cancelled and a request has been filed to remove from credit report, just as we told ******************** we would. We have no control over how long the credit bureaus take to remove accounts once reported.Initial Complaint

I'm complaining because you damaged my credit report. If this debt were mine and could be validated by providing proof of claim, I would be willing to accept it, but because it isn't, there is no way to do so. As a result of your company's more than 30-day delay in responding to my letter that I mailed to you, I intend to hold them legally and criminally accountable. They are conscious of their numerous legal transgressions. Please take note that this is NOT a request for "partial" validation; rather, I am requesting that EVERYTHING specified in my letter order be sufficient to establish full validation of this obligation.Initial Complaint

I have sent different ensured mail letters alluding to embracing and the technique for how they kept up with various wicked and dangerous things on my credit report and have not gotten back anything in more than 35 days for these records that are clearly off-kilter and fake records. This credit executive is excusing the law and exploiting me and this has caused a fundamental load on my life. The latest guaranteed letter I sent was 01/25/2022. I have added the FTC I recorded which conveyed off them. I DEMAND that everything is killed and in the event that the move isn't made I will sue in little cases court in my city and the association should come and address themselves.Business response

I have sent multiple certified mail letters asking for validation and the method of how they validated multiple fraudulent and questionable items on my credit report and have not received back anything in over 35 days for these accounts that are clearly inaccurate and fraudulent accounts. This creditor is disregarding the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused big stress on my life. The most recent certified letter I sent was 10/21/2021. The attached file is the FTC I sent to them. I DEMAND that all the items are deleted and if action is not taken I will sue in small claims court in my city and the company will have to come and represent themselves.Business response
