Writing this review a year after ******** put my pool in. Should have posted last year. Decided to move on but this morning I noticed swim tile is falling off so decided people should be aware of what they are getting into with this company. First was told verbally that I would be swimming by middle of June 22. Then contract said complete date of July/August 22. Wasn't finished until Oct 22 and in my mind never has been completed. He told us he could match the color of our patio then when it came time to pick color (day before the pour) the color we wanted wasn't an option. At finish we had couple of cracks and chips in the concrete decking which ******** just blamed on sub contractor. Also had the same issue as others of not showing up for days at a time and lot's of excuses. A year later I have multiple cracks throughout the decking (10 to be exact) can't get stain to hold because they poured after it rained for several days and moisture is trapped(Called Efflorescence) and will probably have to replace it all at some point. Pool was supposed to have a gas heater but ******** forgot this and had them pour all the concrete for decking and cooking area before remembering he needed to run a gas line. This caused me having to except an electric heater or tear out concrete to run the line. Pool is also unlevel to the point of everything that's in the pool floats to one corner. I could go on and on but will stop here and just say the whole experience with this company was a total nightmare and would not recommend to anyone.
