We went to Lone Star Motors and FINALLY got a 2016 **** Focus that we THOUGHT was a great car looks wise was great my Daddy looked at it best he could without tools and it was fine!! On our way home it broke down. My daddy and little sisters ********** fixed it, and we got home. We spent a little OVER $2,700! We are NOT rich, and we cant just make this money back over night! On ********** to work Saturday he BARELY made it and its been in Georgia Pacific parking lot ever since! I called today and they LIED and said the owner wasnt there today and I missed a call while I was cleaning and called them back and when I was explaining the situation, he kept cutting me off and of course I DID raise my voice. I told him we have a 30 day warranty we are going to bring the car back and we want our money back and he said no, theres no money back guarantee. We hadnt had the car but maybe a couple hours and it messed up! I said, but theres absolutely no way yall didnt know it was broken or something was wrong with it. Theres a warranty Im bringing it back and I want a refund. I have all the paperwork and the receipt. Well since I was being too rude & was raising my voice he threatened to hang up on me and I said okay, well me and ***** and my father will be up there and I want a refund and he said since I was being hostile he would call the cops on me!!! And I said okay? Im not scared of the cops.. I havent done anything wrong?! LUCKILY MY DAD WAS LEAVING AND SAW A WRECKER TAKING THE *** AND FLAGGED HIM DOWN AND GOT WHAT LITTLE BIT OF STUFF IN THE *** THAT WAS OURS INCLUDING THE BASE TO OUR SONS *** SEAT OUT OF THE ***. THEY HAD TECHNICALLY NO RIGHT TO TOW IT SINCE WE ARE NOT BEHIND ON A PAYMENT. But it is what it is. We did call ********************************** and they did say legally they do have to return the vehicle back to the parking lot, but that is up to **. We weren't behind a payment and they repo it! We had it for a couple days! And it broke the first day!
