I agreed with a contract from Welch's Plumbing to complete all three phases of work for a newly built home. Installing pipes to include water, sewage, gas and fixtures. The first two phases have been completed, we have been trying to get the third and last phase. They started phase three and after a month have yet to come complete the job. We have been calling the business and leaving messages because they never answer the phone. We have called Chances cell phone (owner), left messages and sent texts. He replied last week saying he would be there Friday, never showed. Sent text and called on Friday, after the no-show, no replies. He finally texted yesterday saying he would be finishing the job today. Again, a no-show. Texted asking if he would be completing the job today by 4:30, he said no. I called several times he would not answer. This was at 4pm today, he has not replied to my last text nor phone calls.Business response
