On 1/22/22 I purchased tickets to see a drive in showing of the movie American Pie on 1/28/22. I paid for a large car slot and an extra passenger which came out to $25.44. On the day of the event we were told the showing was cancelled due to a staffing shortage. The company offered via email either a refund, voucher, or tickets to an upcoming show. I replied with the request of a voucher. I didnt hear anything back for months. I recently reached out for a voucher, but again, got no response. Other attendees also did not get their refund. At this point I would like my money back, but with no phone number to call, no upcoming showings, and no replies to their emails I am not sure theyll issue a refund.
