I paid in full for a custom rifle in April of 2022. Multiple attempts to speak with someone have been declined. I requested a refund on September 6th via their support system that the owner said to use. ***** said it could take up to 14 days to receive a check. Its September 29th and I have no check. Multiple tries to reach them have failed. Their support says ***** hours. Its been 4 days and still no response. I left a message with another employee via the phone and never got a call back. I have no options left.Business response

There were delays in barrel production. Customer was presented with alternative options in order to expedite the build on August 18th 2023 via social media direct message. Customer agreed to the changes.
Customer expressed displeasure with lead time and communication. We explained where we were at in the build and took steps to ******** said order. We also asked the customer to contact customer support rather than social media direct messages to ensure that inquires were addressed in a timely manner.Customer then no longer wanted the product and requested a refund. Customer again reached out via social media and a refund was agreed upon (September 29th 2023). Customer was unable to pick up refund check locally so we shipped the check via **** Priority Mail on October 5th 2023. No further communication from customer since.
