      Triarc Systems is a disgrace to the firearms industry. Their lack of customer service is appalling, they take your money and have no intention of getting to your order anytime soon. I ordered a rifle back in December 2022. Im writing this in August 2024 and still have not received my order. I knew it was going to take a while, I was quoted a 10+ month lead time. Upon the 10 month **** I began to reach out for an update. After months and months of emailing them and only receiving two responses, both of which were blatant lies, I reached out on instagram and got someones direct email. They has been very pleasant to talk to, however 19 months after ordering Im still empty handed and out $2k. I should have listened to the other reviews. I would not give this company your money, they truly do not care about their customers.

      I will never do business with Triarc Systems again.I purchased powercron mags. They would not feed. They were defective. I paid shipping back for RMA. The replacements were also defective. They offered to tune the magazines but require my Staccato C2 in hand to do so. I said no. I paid shipping back for a refund but got charged a 15% restocking fee.During the back-and-forth with their 2011 platform manager, it was disclosed to me that they dont test the powercron mags because they dont have a single Staccato in the shop. Go figure.

      Customer purchased 3 powercron mags and contacted our customer support a while later, claiming they were not feeding. We received the magazines back and replaced them with 3 brand new magazines, plus an extra magazine at no cost to the customer.We explained to the customer that sometimes 2011 magazines require tuning to the specific firearm and offered to tune the magazines to his specific pistol, again at no cost to the customer for the gunsmithing work.Customer declined the offer to tune the magazines now, and requested a return on the merchandise, suggesting he would purchase again later and take us up on the tuning offer. We informed him of our return policy, which is part of our ****************** of sale agreement. It includes a 15% restocking fee. Customer asked for the fee to be waived, but given his stated intention to re-purchase, we offered and provided a 15% off coupon for when he re-purchased at a later date.We tested all magazines involved in this transaction with our pistols and they feed fine. It is known in the 2011 community that certain individual pistols may require the magazines to be tuned to function smoothly.We have sold ***** Powercron magazines YTD (2022), with 0 returns (excl. ********************) due to product defects.We believe that ******************** is fundamentally confused regarding the nature of the platform/product, and that we have gone above and beyond to educate and rectify the situation for the customer.

      Triarc's reply to my review is misleading and paints an inaccurate representation partial to them.When I initially contacted Triarc regarding the Powercron feeding issues, it was to initiate a return. ***, Triarc's 2011 platform manager, convinced me to move forward with an RMA with the assurance that the "higher **** would waive the restocking fee if the replacements were also defective. Since I wanted the magazines to work, I agreed despite having to front the shipping cost.The feeding issues persisted with replacement magazines. Upon further communication, it was disclosed that they do NOT test these magazines with ********* even though the product description states compatibility. Moreover, the product description implies these magazines are "drop-ins" and mentions absolutely nothing about "tuning". At this point, I lost all confidence in this vendor and requested a return through their website.Several days passed without a response from their return department regarding the return procedure. I called multiple times when I was finally instructed to "just ship" the magazines back. Once again, I fronted the shipping costs.When the return was processed, I was shocked to see that a 15% restocking fee was applied given ***** promises.
