I was conned into signing up for accidental coverage by a man named ***** ****** around July of 2023, he made it sound so easy to contact him if I needed anything. Once I gave the info I could NEVER reach him! I have tried to contact ***** multiple times over the last year and a half and never had any success! I have been paying $170 a month and would really like to cancel my policy as I can not afford it anymore. My family has been struggling and I dont know what to do! I have never filed a claim. I would like a refund and to cancel my policy. Thank you.Review from Grace T

My agent was perfect for me. I was interested in the accident policy and she explained it to me and did not put any pressure on me to take it out. I'm excited to get it.

Beware these people has been ringing my home phone off the hook non stop and also waking me up at night they keep repeating the same message over and over non stop I have ask them to take me off the list yesterday they say the have take me off there list Add my phone number under do not call and they have illegal lie too me they never took me off there list these are scammers will try and trick you by force you to give them your personal information so they can steal and and abuse it by commit a fraudulent it's not worth your time I will recommend add them to do not call register online and have a copy off it , report them to the local law enforcement, and then block there number.Globe Life Family Heritage Division Response

I detest taking to sales people about a service I will eventually need but ***** made it so easy. She stated the facts in a short time and let me decide on my own. She was not pushy at all. This insurance sounds like we all should have it. I have insurance through my job but this is additional and practical.Review from Dean G

Our agent ******** **** was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. The cancer policy was something we were interested in and after hearing the presentation it was a no brainer to us to take out this policy. My agent ***** **** is knowledgeable and professionalextremely helpful!!! You cant beat an insurance that guarantees you a 100% premium return at the end of your term. The benefits far outweigh the premium costs!Globe Life Family Heritage Division Response

Interesting reading through the other reviews on this page. Seems like many of the 1 star reviews are from people who had a negative experience with the person with whom they spoke with but dont have the coverage. Definitely not my experience! The coverage from Family Heritage is the best product I have ever seen and my agent was so helpful and knowledgeable. It gives me peace of mind to know my familys finances are protected from Cancer or an Accident.Globe Life Family Heritage Division Response

My agent was kind a courteous, answered my questions knew the material and hes the one that got me to get a plan I could afford and have recommended the agent to my friends and community. He was not pushing Globe on me like other agents he took time and cared about me. Hes the one that sold me my plan. If it was another agent I dont think I would of purchased a plan. Other agents are pushy and try to sell not him he was relaxed and took time asked me about my life to fit me with a plan that I needed. Not most expensive but what I could afford. I hope the agent can someday be an example for other agents on how to treat clients. Most of the people I referred to him also bought and thanked me for introducing the agent to them. Globe Im sure is a great company but its the agents that make the company. Remember its the workers that make their name remembered.Globe Life Family Heritage Division Response
