  Tscm America engagement agreement 10-13-18. I hired President-Ceo Micheal M******* to highly bug sweep my house. I explained there's military equipment that they are using. I was extremely disappointed to see him make a suited tie appearance, just him by himself. He swept only my house & car. Not in the attic nor in the garage. He never even moved anything. When he was done which wasn't very long. Michael M******* said, your house is fine. Which that was a lie. He made promise to stay in touch & when he comes back to Las Vegas he'd come by & check. I paid him $3,5000 in cash. Now it's gotten so bad in my house. He has BBB on his website. Which is false advertising. He advertising top military finding's. Well it didn't work in my house at all & he never came back nor called. I asked for nother copy of my read out. He's not able to retrieve the readings. But I just received a copy of my contact. But I can't get reading results. Really TSCM America? Yet he wants to charge me again. Noticed on his business card nor Engagement agreement contract, there's no business address nor licensing number. This is not professionism business.

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/21) */ We were very surprised to receive a complaint from this Client on technical services completed nearly 4 years ago. It must be noted we have sent her copies of her contract which she said the government stole from her and had numerous conversations with this Client on and off over 3 years and we have done all that was requested within the signed scope of work including above and beyond the scope to ensure her satisfaction. Every inch of her residence was swept for bugging devices including her vehicle, nothing whatsoever was found. Our technology is high-end and our conclusion is firm, at the time of the service, there were no bugging devices in her residence or vehicle. As far as showing up in professional clothing, we take pride in our appearance and don't understand why wearing a sport coat and dress shirt was an issue. Our hope is this matter is closed and complaint withdrawn for the following reasons as we have a perfect BBB record. 1. Client never expressed dis-satisfaction with the services. 2. Client called our office numerous times and we assisted in answering all of her questions. 3. Client waited nearly 4 years in filing a complaint. 4. All services were completed as agreed in the signed scope of work. 5. Client received a list of recommendations and findings. Yes, I have complained several times of the work that CEO ******* ********. For the $3,500.00 I paid which I mentioned in my house the equipment that they are using is Military equipment. Mr. ******** said he has the best. How is that so when he told me there's nothing wrong in my house & it's still accurring? I've asked for copies of the read out. I never told him that the government stole my read one time copy. What Mr. ******** mailed me was a copy of the contract that I never, never signed. He's the copy of the fake signature vs my original signature, which is on my Driver's license. It was never explained that he would only hold on to that information for 2 yrs. I contacted him 2019,2020 ,2021 & present. He doesn't have the best equipment.Hes a fraudulent company. Where is my copy of the read out? Attached is the Client's signed agreement and signed by her, spelling out the terms of work which we completed as per her request. We ask that you dismiss this complaint as requested as it has no merit and the work was completed almost 4 years ago and she never complained about our workmanship. Thank you. Along with falsely identity your BBB rated on your website's which is false advertising again. Amazing how you can't come up with my read out. Why? Can you don't want anyone else to read the truth, on your read out. Again companies pull information out on there Ikyle they store. So where is my print out read out. No only that you falsely printed and signed your written up contract. Falsifyied TSCM America. You talk that talk, but falsely walk that walk. Where is my printed read out? $3,500.00 is great money to pay if those out there will get ripped out. FBI has the best equipment and they don't ripped people off. TSCM America does.
