I took my car to ace auto for suspension problems .before I took my car I ordered new shocks off Amazon and took them to a shop down the street to get put on. A few days later my car started wobbling . So I took my car to ace auto to see what was wrong. The told me I needed several things over the weeks my car was their I replaced everything they said, which some of the stuff I never needed in first place which is kool. Not a problem. I drive trucks and was on the road for two months . I get back to my car which my room mate picked up from ace auto just to hear a crazy noise that my car wasnt doing before I took it to them. He takes it back and tell them about the noise and they say we no what it is he has to pay more money for that. Remind he i spent about 4000$ replacing all the stuff they said was wrong. So told him to take it home I will take care of it when I get Intown. So I didnt want to deal with ace at all any more. I took my car to another shop. I told him that all the parts on my suspension is brand new but something is not right can u check it out for me because this noise is annoying to drive with. He looked at the suspension and said sir I thought you repaired the shocks, I said sir I did everything is new. He said no it aint look at this . So I get under in look with him to find out my shocks I just put on has been taken off. So I called ace auto . They said they would check cameras and get back to me I havent heard anything from anybody. I just want my parts back. Remind you they had a car in the shop just like mine the whole time they was repairing my car. So Im guessing they took my new parts off my car and Put them on the car that was their Also . Please help me get my parts back . This is not right how people can be so evil to other people who spent so much money with themInitial Complaint

I came here to have them check solely why my car was not starting at certain moments. It would start then 40mins later it wouldnt. This company confirm indeed, it was my battery and need replacement. However 3weeks later my car has the same issue. I bring it back to have them correct their work and ****, customer service was horrible. I could barley talk before he decided to over talk and shows no accountability. I found a reliable company to diagnose my car and it was my key. Not the unnecessary battery they charged me for. This is not top tier or accountable team and dont go alone to all women.
