My diesel truck was shutting off after it warmed up. I replaced several parts didnt fix the problem. Didnt know what to do. So I had a wrecker come get my truck and take it to ****** (US assemblers). I figured that would put a scanner on it and figure it out. They replaced all the parts that I put on there with OEM parts. ****** said he drove the truck and he cannot get the truck to duplicate the problem. But when I got it back, it died four more times on me, They cleaned the batteries THAT I HAD ALREADY DONE. They broke both battery cables. ****** said they make there own cables. When I went to schedule a appointment with him he started getting upset with me. He said they were tight and would last 3 years. I told him I dont want it to last 3 years I wanted it to last another 20 years. Then he said they were already like that. I told ****** dont start lying know. I tried calling him on Friday 9/15/23. his wife said that she would have him call me when he got back and she put his mechanic on the phone and I explain to him that it was still doing the same thing. He said he would get back with me. Called on 9/18/23. To tell him I got another problem that they caused. They replaced the clock spring and now my reverse lights are staying on even in Park. So I had to pull the fuse out until it gets fixed. Wont return my phone calls. I just want my money back. I dont trust what he might do to my truck If I bought it back. Didnt give me back the new parts that I put on there. So Im not sure if he replaced anything
