I contacted Nexus Auto Transport at the very beginning of July 2024. I talk to the representative name ******* and she assured me that they would pick up the car on 7/9/24 and it will be delivered in 4,days. I asked numerous times just to make sure that this was actually the fact, and ******* assured me that it would be done in four days ***. This was a contracted job to have my car shipped from **********, ******* to ***********, *******. My automobile stayed in ******* for almost 4 days before they actually started the transport. However, they contracted with a business called Car Pull and these individuals are not returning any of my call in a timely fashion and they keep giving me estimate of the car being delivered in one day then that day comes, then they give another day and then another day and another day. I have accrued a large debt renting cars from Enterprise to accommodate these incompetent individuals and yet they continue to delay the delivery date. So much so that they made me prematurely sign a bill of lading stating that the car was actually delivered when I am still waiting on the car as we speak. They told me to sign that document because I have been waiting so long on my days off before I start my job to even be at home to receive my car at the location I provided I think they have lost or damaged the car and is prolonging the the time until they find it or repair. No one ever gets back to you and give you a definitive answer about anything, especially where the vehicle is roughly located. I have saved all of the emails from the dispatcher. He is extremely rude and offer no apology even though they know they are inconveniencing you.Initial Complaint

I had a 2008 Dodge truck shipped from ****** to ******* by them. They broke both of my mirrors off. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 months and the will not answer my email or phone call Claim#**-6410057Progressive ins.
