We bought a brand new trailer from Big Tex in ************, ******* 8/31/23. The first day we took it home we noticed something wrong with the jackstands. The current GM at the time told us to bring it in. They had it for one week and didnt fix the problem. After a few weeks of having a trailer, Front passenger tire was going bald and this is still happening. I brought it in multiple times and them saying they fixed it. This last time the regional manager told me it was out of the line from factory and that the current tech didnt know how to check trailers if they were aligned correctly. Ive been through 5 tires now. As of 2/19/24 my trailer Still sitting at Big Tex trying to get fixed. (Been there for two weeks this time) since I bought the trailer on August 31 23, my trailer has been there for over a month and a half throughout me bring it in trying to get fixed. I buy brand new equipment it to have theses problems. I have lost out on thousands and thousands of dollars by not having my trailer. I would like Big Tex to buy back my trailer and refund me the full amount I paid for it. I have text messages of me talking about the problem ive had with the trailer from the lady who sold me the trailer, but she no longer works there. I was also told by the current GM there is no paper trail of me bringing it in the other times. I am highly disappointed in the service and quality of big Tex trailer.Business response

I reached out on 1-19-24 regarding the negligence of one of their dealers whom DID NOT complete warranty work that was needed during that window. Basically what I gathered as per email is there is no manufacturer to dealer accountability and the dealers are apparently allowed to run their own rules with no reprocussions or guidelines from the manufacturer.Business response

Good afternoon.
We are in receipt of the customer's complaint. The customer reached out to us in July 2023 for help on some cosmetic issues. He requested decal replacements which were sent to him. By the time the customer reached out again, January ****, the warranty period for nonstructural items had expired. Big Tex was not aware of any repair or replacement requests the customer had made to his dealer until January 24, ****, after the warranty had expired.
