The workers broke an item on my front porch. I confronted them. He obviously told his boss differently (a lie). The office&#**;s response was pathetic. I&#**;ll have to explain that phone conversation. Prior to phone conversation, I&#**;ll have to show/explain our text back and forth. I have cell phone pics of window (broken) and shoddy gutter work.Soddy work (install of H313537353330**303734H) was done to a brand new house. Flashing on roof was (pulled/cut) to accommodate their supposed need to hang the gutter. I have pictures on my phone.The language barrier is no excuse. They knew exactly what I was talking about and their boss, CRITICIZED ME.Business response

The original cost for job was $2,172.00, $25.00 was subtracted from the total. ******************* paid $2,147.00 on 10-26-2023.
******************* had an antique window on the porch. The installers moved the window to make sure it did not get broken. When he set the window down, some of the original caulking came off.
She said she paid $50.00 for the said window. I offered to pay for the damage, 1/2 price of the window and she would keep the said window. She agreed to the deduction on the price, off the job.
The office has called to come back to look at the problems she has with the gutter installation, but she has not returned out calls.

I liked the gutter installation, a few hours and it was done. I don't like that I told the sales guy that I would need extensions to put the water off the concrete and to avoid making a puddle on the back and avoid drainage across the carport/patio. He said it would be done but the installers said we'd have to get them from Home Depot and install them ourselves! On calling the sales guy (****) he said he'd have to create a new work order (hasn't happened) and he had an annoyed attitude that I was even calling.Business response
