We bought a side by side refrigerator in early November the next day it floods my kitchen due to water coming out the ice maker, and is blowing hot air ruining about $250 in food and threats of losing $2,800 in non-replacable medicine. They send a repair man out that said it was working fine after 5-10 minutes. Almost a week later with us resetting it every 15-20 minutes to try to keep it cool they send us two repair men (one being the first to come out) to take the refrigerator to the shop to get repaired. While the first repair man was cussing in Spanish the whole time and pushing things around. We find out he didn't shut off the water hose for the water/ice all the way causing it to ruin our subfloor. We have called every few days since as they told us it would be three days to see progress and get nothing but excuses and broken promises of return dates or nothing but an answering machine. We got back to the shop today and they have cleared out with no forwarding address. We need either a full refund, our refrigerator or replacement.Initial Complaint

59 appliance came out to look at my broken ice maker (8/4/22). The repair man said that he needed to order a part to fix it. He also requested a down payment. I paid them $120 for a service charge and $179 on a deposit for the repair/part. Business did not contact me to update on status. Called them mid-September to check. Said that someone would get back with me, no one did. I called several times leaving messages. I finally left a stern message several weeks later and spoke with someone. She said that I could have store credit because I don’t need the part any longer. She said that should would be getting back with me the next day. I did not receive a phone call back and it’s been at least 5 weeks. I feel that they are not going to return my money, and at this point they will not communicate with me regarding this, and are not willing to return my money for the deposit that was made for a repair.
