      I can't believe ****** sales *** was able to convince me to pay $650 for a furniture protection plan. The *** sure made it sound like it is a sure thing. "If you have a toddler or a pet in your house, don't even think twice * any marker stains, pet scratches, pet fur accumulation * you name it! They'll come out and clean or ***lace the couch for free!" * he said. Sounds like a no brainer. Except that I wasn't offered "Terms and Conditions" of this furniture protection plan at the time of purchase. Turns out, when you go through the online claim submittion process, submit proof of purchase, take all required photos, describe each damage in great detail, they deny you citing their Terms and Conditions. The stains that I ***orted were deemed not covered due to "Accumulation of stains" even though I was able to provide details on the single specific occurance. Terms and conditions also say stains are excluded if a customer uses over*the*counter producs. The back of my bar stool fell off * this was also denied due to Structural Damage not being covered under the plan. What is covered then?? Nobody knows. This is an excellent business model for ProtectAll/GBS and Ashley * sales *** lies about the coverage and does not provide any documentation to confirm the coverage, and the coverage excludes any and all types of damages. Their profit margins must be near 100% * all they need is a few low*paid foreign employees (or better yet, ChatGPT) to copy*paste denial responses. Shame on you, GBS and ******.

      Total SCAM....We purchased a premium 3 year protection plan when we bought all of our new furniture in 2022. The individual at the store pitched it as a great option to protect our furniture if it ever got damaged. Made out first claim 10/23/24 and it was immediately denied based on their interpretation of the damage to fit any exclusion clause possible. When I called, they gave the same excuses and that no option for a secondary review existed. Based on all the other reviews I have read, this is standard for this company. Save your money!!

      I submitted a claim on July 6th, and I'm still waiting on a response. I have emailed several times and I haven't gotten any response back. Meanwhile my furniture is getting more damaged because it is not getting fixed or replaced. I have provided with everything they needed, photos, receipts, tags, etc.

      We bought a couch from ****** home furniture store. We paid extra for insurance. After 3 months the couch tore at the seem for one of the back cushions (from regular use). We made a claim and found out that almost every damage possible is excluded. The insurance is a scam. We also asked several times to the ****** home furniture sales person if it cover rips at the seems. Because from experience we noticed that is where the majority of rips happen. But of course is excluded once it actually happens.
