If I could give no stars I would. We bought a BBL105 tractor from here 3 months ago. Within a few weeks of having it, the tires popped, deferential bolt backed out, rear shaft bent, stabilizer arms in the back broke, its leaking fluid, front lug nuts backed out and the tires popped off. *** had to replace a lot of this on my own. I called to see what they could do and they said theyd have it for 5-6 weeks. I dont have over a month to wait for my brand new tractor to be fixed. It shouldnt have all these problems within 90 days of purchasing. I got to the point that I dropped it back off with them 4 weeks ago I and told them to refund my money, at least replace everything that needs to be fixed or replace the entire tractor. The woman that answers the phone said she would have ******************* me and let me know how they would proceed. That was 5 days ago. I called this morning to see the status and she immediately had an attitude with me. She didnt even ask my name, just assumed who I was. She talked to me like I was a major inconvenience for her. To make matters worse said she ***** is now out of the country and wont be able to call me and she has to reach out to the manufacturer to make sure they can warranty out the parts. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with not only the quality of products this company has, but the quality of customer service as well. They were extremely nice and accommodating when I came in to spend 20k on a tractor. Now that I know their product is not worth that, they are turning the other cheek to me! I want a refund!!!

I will not even give this business one star!!!!Worst customer service ever! After a month or longer of our mower being at ******************* in ***** with NO communication whatsoever from them on the status of repair and my husband being put on hold for over 15 minutes two different times only to be hung up on, he is on his way to get it fixed or not.I WOULD NOT recommend this ************* to anyone.If they were accredited with the BBB, I would file a complaint but they are not, which is no surpriseMaybe Consumer Affairs.?I was told the owner is a good Christian **** The owner needs to know whats going on at his place of business.
