These people hid behind the phone and text messages. They were aware that my son speed higher then charged on the ticket as I informed a man and a woman about it while being on the phone and taken my credit card information! Then no communication and I had to call and text all the time to get an update! I was assured that they have a lawyer and the lawyer would be at the court hearing. Then the woman was rude and told me we had never informed them that the speed was higher! Then they wanted more money! They did nothing and my son had to go to court and defend himself with the knowledge we googled prior to using them. There was no lawyer to be seen from this company. Still after 30 requests to get an invoice I still have not seen one. Beware and get real defense.

Response time is horrible! Only responded to 1 out 3 messages I sent! Loss the case. Didn’t tell me what happened and then requested $200 for a special fee. What is this special fee? No way. I feel robbed. I could’ve just paid my ticket like normal.
