Hello, my name is Antonio ******** and I am currently purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Bighorn auto in Pasadena TX, and my car was recently towed for a non-payment and I was 2 and a half weeks behind from January 17th. So I contacted the dealer and the finance manager told me I was delinquent from June 2022 payment, so I provided her the receipt the following day on February 7, 2023 and she said it was another date she kept giving me the runaround in which I asked to speak to a manager higher than her to look back at my payments made and she would not help at all except to pay the $900 she says I owe and the extra $500 for towing the vehicle. I don't mind paying the late payment for January, I do would like to receive the towing fee and the late payment that they say I was late to be reviewed and corrected and would like the $500.00 back for illegally towing my car and charging me $1400 to get the vehicle back which I paid today on February 9, 2023. I just want things corrected and there is no help coming from any employee working there and they don't have any other managerial experienced personnel working there to help. Pls if you can help with contacting them would be greatly appreciated.
