Be cautious if you're an HOA who decides to use any company to do what a simple chat or a knock on the door would do. Unfortunately, my family had a horrible month combined with surgeries, death of a loved one, and a prolonged hospital stay for an immediate family member. Within the span of a month, we received $200 in fines. We have lived in the same house for 10 years and have not received a fine until now. The manager is giving of course a phone number to call with availability, but when we try to call they aren't available. What happened to love your neighbor as yourself? What happened to a simple knock on the door and asking if something odd is going on? Very disappointed.Review from Michele D

This is the WORST! They have no emergency response. Target homeowners and are working with ***** law firm to sue home owners and take their homes in foreclosure.This company is terrible. Look at employee reviews and class action lawsuits in ********!! This company is a fraud and works to discriminate against minorities!RealManage Dallas Response

1: They send violation letters for violations that have existed for 5+ years and had already been deemed non a violation by the previous company. 2: They do not treat everyone the same. Example1: Some homeowners have only a ***** ****** in their front yard but my ***** ****** wasnt enough. I had to buy another tree. Example2: Got a violation letter for dead grass over 50% of front yard (it had more grass than that) but a neighbor has no grass in front yard. ***** had grass for at least 2 years. Yes, I know neighbors violation has nothing to do with mine but why chose to send me a violation letter but not the neighbor?3: I was told I need to ask permission/fill out the proper form in order to paint my house the same color.4: I may or may not get the *** Annual Fee bill on any given year. Didnt get one last year and still havent gotten one this year.RealManage Dallas Response

They are raising my HOA fees to $37 this year. Last year it was increased by $27. Just seems like every year they are trying to get more and more money out of us. When I tried to get more information as to why and where my money would be going I got little to no information. Then HOPE just stated this is non-negotiable and ended the conversation. This is terrible and I can't stand the secrecy and lack of information. If you are going to increase my HOA fees you better have some documentation to why.RealManage Dallas Response

A scam!! This is a corruption. Involving your HOA who hired a property manager aka Real Manage. RealManage works with a law firm. *****. The lawyers sign freely to things affecting you in your home and your life. This is a great scam for them.RealManage Dallas Response

This business is double dipping. It has charged myself and a new owner for *** fees at the same time. My fees were on auto pay from my bank and before I stopped the auto pay the *** took out the fee even after it had been 8 days after the sale, and they had a new owner account on file.They refuse to refund my money 8 days post sale and even after they admitted that there were 2 accounts listed. One in my name and one in the new owners name. The unit was sold on 8/27/24 and they charged me for the following months *** fees. They refuse to admit that they made a mistake, and will not return my *** fee amount to me.RealManage Dallas Response

Worst management company I have ever encountered. They dropped me off their autopay without informing me, then sent me a bill 8 months later stating the delinquent charges along with a $150. late fee. After numerous attempts to reach out to a manager, I finally had one of our board members communicate with them. After an extended period of time, I was informed by the board member that RealManage would not waive the late fees because of the time elapsed.Review from Michele D

I am finding this HOA associated with Cambridge Crossing HOA. What the h*** is going on with these HOAs? As I was researching because there is some fraud going on here. How can there be two HOAs for one community? Where does the money go? This is some serious garbage. I believe we are all being scammed by a corrupt scheme. Cant wait to make some calls to District and State Attorneys Office come Monday. Time to start suing these theivesRealManage Dallas Response
