1/22/24 at my session the non-invasive body contouring light therapy was conducted by a helper. The special type of red light to shrink fat cells was placed to close and burned my skin. There was no way to inform or move out of the way When the session of the section finished and the helper came it was to late. My skin was red and itching. They didnt do anything about it. Incompetent handling Dangerous to my health. Complained to no avail. Had to cancel 2 sessions which was prepaidInitial Complaint

I paid a $500 as a place holder for an appointment. I was recovering from COVID at the time. I told ******* office manager this and that I might not use the appointment and that was a lot of money to lose if I dont schedule. She assured me I would not lose it. I have since been diagnosed with long-Covid. I have called and emailed several times and explained my situation and requested a return of my $500. I also provided them with the credit card number I use to pay the place holder and other details. At first they would *************, said they would look into it and then not respond. After about 5 calls, they stopped returning my calls. I emailed and got responses for a short time but again, they stopped responding. I went back to calling but no one ever calls me back. I requested to speak with the office manager first *******, the ********* and ******* *** *************************. I even asked to speak with the *** *************************. And so far have not received a call back. I need the BBB to help with getting them to refund my money. I feel they have intentionally deprived me of my funds and really owe me much more than the $500 because of all my efforts without response and my emotional distress at this point.Initial Complaint

I went to them because I seen there advertisement on WFAA about losing fat around my stomach and lower back, this started on 5/30/23. and was told that I would see results within the first 2 visits ?? After the first visit they said I lost 2 inches around my waist... never happened !!! this is a big no !!! I went again on 6/1/23 ,6/15/23,6/22/23,6/29/23,7/6/23,7/20/23, and I was scheduled for 7/27/23 and cancelled because i was seeing no results at all and it was taken 2 hrs out of my day for nothing, at this time I had asked for the manager to call me back with no return call for over a month. I finally spoke with the manager ***** and explained to her that I was very unhappy with there product and wanted a partial refund for the session that were not used and haven't heard back again. I think there product work for some but it wasn't working for me and I want a refundBusiness response

******************** purchased a package of six treatments and used five before demanding a refund. After his first treatment, ******************** signed the attached document acknowledging he was pleased with the treatments, that we met our advertised guarantee a that he waives all rights to a refund.
I spent some time on the phone with ******************** to discuss the issue and he became irrational and vulgar to the point I had to end the call. He concluded his comments by calling me a Mother-Fxxxer.

In response to your reply, the guy on the phone that spoke to was on a one way street as far as a refund goes. It was his way and that was it that's why I got very irritated with speaking with him. I feel I was coerced in to signing this piece of paper that was not explained to me ??? All the manager ***** was concerned about was taken my money...plain and simple, this company is a joke , they tell you you lost 2 " on your first visit with them BS, this is so wrong in many ways. I finally realized on the 5th visit that there were no results and that's when I asked for management or owner to contact me back and did not get a call back or speak to the manager for over a month. I bought 6 the manager gave me another 5 or 6 and I would like a full refund , I initially asked for a partial but since the caller was such a jerk I want a full refund.. And this company needs to know that there product is worthless in so many ways. the product they push to there WFAA channel * advertisement is FALSE
