              I made an appointment with Jennifer, who's supposed to be the Manager in South Florida For 8AM. I called and emailed to confirm because no one reached out or confirmed prior to the appointment. On the Morning and time of the appointment, after we have moved all our furniture to prepare the house, no one showed up or called. Jennifer and/or Melissa, who I also spoke with refused to answer the phone or emails. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I reached out to George, who I the field manager in Texas, He said he will find out and try resolve the issue. He then failed to reach back to us. When we called back he stated that we had cancelled my appointment and decided to go with another company. Whom ever he spoke straight up lied to cover their incompetence.

              This particular customer made an online request and we attempted to reach her multiple times to confirm an appointment. Several staff members spoke on numerous phone calls. An email to reserve an appointment was made but customer did not follow up with appointment reservation process to confirm. Unfortunately we are unable to service customers who are unable to confirm an appointment. We also received a phone call from said customer cancelling the appointment, then on date of service tried to reach our office, at which time we no longer accepted business with customer.

              You know it's sad enough majority of your reviews and comments about your business on here and Yelp is all negative and you give off such bad customer service. That alone says a lot. But on top of that, to cover up your incompetence you decide to lie about it. That I don't appreciate. As a matter of, I did call multiple times, but you and your employees refuse to answer the phone. I did leave a voicemail and I emailed to confirm my appointment 2X.
              If I had cancelled, I wouldn't of cleared my house out of you to come clean it and I wouldn't of lose a day of work, So the least you can do is apologize for your stupidity and lack of judgment. Knowing that you will continue to receive bad reviews from other customers who you will screw up in the future, makes me happy I didn't bother to waste my money behind your company.

              The stupidity of this person astonishes me! Nonetheless doesn't appear that we lost a customer we wanted anyhow! Seems like we must have been better off not even servicing this person to begin with. Lies? Doubtful but I do like the style of this customer whom continues to waste her time replying to emails and leaving and reading reviews? Seems perhaps she should have done her research long before her appointment. Anywho, wishing her the best day that she deserves!
