They never evaluated my computer, told me they would give me a refund, but never did. Apparently, they do this quite often with people. I have text history that proves that they would give me my money back.Initial Complaint

12/15/2023 I was bamboozled into paying $92.01 when I only authorized $89, for a repair to be done on my laptop. No services were ever rendered, this being the diagnosis test. I tried contacting the business countless times and never received a response once the payment was made. The company provides 3 addresses none which allow for in person contact as they are all closed. This company has stolen many laptops in the past per past reviews. Personally disputing this transaction, they sent a generic receipt to my bank stating they are not fraudulent which is false. Ibe included the generic response they sent back that doesnt provide any credible information nor does it show any services were provided.Business response

This is clearly not a reputable company. My concern was not the price, my concern was as soon as I paid the fee, there was no communication or means to communicate from Mactracks. Once days passed with no communication, I absolutely disputed the charge. Furthermore falling up on multiple reviews left for the company, they should further investigated. Then to go as far as harassing me? Completely unacceptable and no professionalism whatsoever. I inked over the photo of my house and my address that was sent to me.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: This is clearly not a reputable company.
