I did a sleep study with Dallas Sleep ( *****************************) ************************************************************* ************ They gave me a prescription for a Bipap machine. I submitted prescription to Aireocare Home medical Equipment. They informed me the prescription is invalid. I went to Dallas Sleep's office to complain and they told me their prescription was good. I then submitted their prescription to a second company APRIA HEALTHCARE-******, *********************************************************************** **************, they told me the same thing, that Dallas sleep's prescription was invalid. I have spent several months and have big claims with Dallas Sleep with severe sleep apnea to get a bipap machine at get the runaround with them. They never answer their phone. I had to drive up to their office in *****,** to talk to them.Business response

We have reformatted our prescription and sent it the the company he has been working with. Then we called the company and they confirmed that the prescription we sent will work for them know.
Spoke with ****************** and informed him a new prescription has been sent and we have been informed by the company that it is acceptable.Initial Complaint

In my first appointment I received little more than a blood pressure test and paid almost $200 dollars out of pocket, expecting further treatment. The office told me that I would be contacted in a week for the follow up. After more than a month of me contacting their office I finally had another appointment set. I sat in the waiting room for more than a half hour before walking out. I would have never paid for the first appointment if I realized that getting further treatment would be so difficult.Business response

This patient was reached out to and was rescheduled. The patient informed me, verbally, that everything was ok now and that he cancelled the complaint.
