The front desk folks have doubled the charges and now owe $2,117.97, the dates 02/01/24, 02/06/24,02/13/24,04/29/24 has been taken care with united insurance, owe $00.00. ********* neropathy has never improved. ******* nerves pills gave a bad GUT issues in the mornings, had to take TUMBS to relife . ******* is back without pills the nerves are back. ********* just goes in and out ************** thats fraud!Business response

Dear Sir/ ******************** submitted a letter dated 9/17/24 and I see that you have received it. It has been scanned.
As mentioned in the letter, ***************** gave us wrong information initially.
We have asked insurance to review it and we are still waiting on updated information from the insurance.
Please let me know if I need to do anything else in the meantime.
