Terrible! This company was dispatched through our home warranty company. The plumber, *************************** was dressed unprofessionally and acted very shady. He would not look us in the eye. We thought he could be under the influence as his behavior was erratic. The plumber told us he was installing the garbage disposal which is covered 100% under our home warranty plan. Then after installation proceeded to hand us an invoice totaling $239.48 for drainage line work that he alleges was performed which we were not informed of prior, nor did we authorize.

****** came out on 1/5 to check out your garbage disposal. At this time he spoke with your husband and told him that he would need to redo some of the tubular piping under the sink to make the new garbage disposal fit. He then went over the non covered cost for modifications not covered by the home warranty company of $239.48. You are correct that the garbage disposal itself was 100% covered by the home warranty company but the modifications to the tubular drain piping was not. It was reported to you by the home warranty company that this was a non covered charge and after disputing with them for almost a month you just called in and submitted payment for the repair on 1/25. We drug test all of our employees regularly and we understand you are upset that the entire installation was not covered, however stating that our employees are under the influence is slander and uncalled for. ****** has many 5 star reviews posted on this ****** page and I would direct anyone who reads this to go read the many good reviews and not this one negative persons comment.
