I highly recommend this company! **** and his crews did an amazing job of fixing the mistakes the last 4 roofing companies made to my home while also correcting the most recent damage. I have a nightmare history with past roofing companies and was hesitant to trust anyone. That has completely changed with 3 Kings. I have never seen a company so meticulous in checking the work of their install crews. They found issues without me asking and had the crews come back 2 separate times to make sure things were perfect. I found noticed them while they were doing my neighbors roof and have already recommended them to two other neighbors. My wife and I could not be happier.****Review from Nathan P

Excellent work from the crew in replacing our entire roof from a hail damage insurance claim. They worked all day for 3 days straight to get the work done ahead of a snowfall, and even cleaned the gutters, while adding extra flashing to divert water in trouble spots and bring the roof up to code. This company is fraudulent. They did not complete the work that they reported to my insurance company. When I refused to pay them until the work was completed they filed a lien against my property with fraudulent information and fraudulent date of completed work even though it was after the legally allowed time of 120 days. It was in fact a year and three months later. Unfinished roof and forced payment through a website-produced document with false statements and contact person listed that does not even work for the company. Total scam artists!

This is a lie from someone attempting to weasel out of paying the final balance of $4300. After hundreds of attempts at collecting she only responded when a lien was placed on the property.
We told her we would happily remove the lien and she could hold $1000 until any punch out items were handled. She is the only thats committing fraud attempting to keep insurance money for personal gain and theft of service at this point. The slander is ridiculous as all we want is to be paid and fix any issues this person claims they have.Customer Response

Nothing in the above "Business Comment" is true or professional, including the final balance of $4300. Their exaggeration of hundreds of attempts is exactly that, exaggeration, although the sales rep, ******* ***** was beyond harassment from a legal standpoint with constant threatening text messages. She never offered to correct the issue of $2500 they charged for repair of solar panels that was not done nor a 3rd party invoice provided. She nor 3 Kings offered to remove the lien or act upon completion of repairs. And when I called the so-called agent of 3 Kings listed on the lien document, the person stated they worked from home, would give me no phone # of the corporate office or any individual that was in an authoritative or managerial position to which I could confer with. Not to mention that my insurance adjuster told me that she has since had issues with other clients with 3 Kings and she also had to make adjustments on 3 Kings 2nd supplement charges because 3 Kings had duplicated charges from their first bill. We were contacted by a title company because this individual is selling the property. The only time this customer reached out is when they wanted out of the responsibility to pay. They lied about solar panels on the home not working but they were apparently inactive prior to us reroofing the home. I dont want to bicker back and forth on here. The review isnt valid and is purely an attempt to smear our reputation and get out of not paying for the work we completed on the property.Review from David H

This was the easiest company I have ever dealt with. I was actually stunned and shocked that they replaced an entire roof and 3 days, and it looks fantastic. If I ever need any other help I will definitely be getting in contact with this company again. There workmanship as well as our products they use have a lifetime warranty which you don't find very often and was 1 of the reasons I went with them. Absolutely happy and content with what they did.
