In a pile of conveniently similar positive reviews, you have found the truth, with receipts. These weasels will do you so wrong you'd think it's intentional and personal.Every word is worth reading. If nothing else take a good look at the photo.First they ran the credit of myself and my co-signer without so much as a warning or request for permission. We weren't even present. As soon as we shared our full names and occupations they somehow found a way to get our full socials and hit us with 6 hard inquires collectively. If you notice in the photo, there are 2 different dates in February in which they ran my credit. 1st batch is as soon as they got my basic info remotely. 2nd batch was when I was there in person. Not to mention when I finally had a contract with a respectful interest rate they had the audacity to try to sneak making my co-signer the primary owner past me. Once again, no warning, no permission. Disgusting and quite frankly unbelievable. Look at the date they're expected to fall off. Look at it and say with a straight face you'd like that for yourself. They dropped my credit score from the mid 700's to a 590. These hard inquires have my score anchored in the mid 6's to this day. These people are dog sh*t. Not full of it. They're made of it. This is not a review of passion. This is nothing but a warning. The screenshot provided does not fit all the inquires. The rest still remain too. Get the car you love, just don't get it here. In fact, don't even try it. I didn't leave there with so much as a peppermint. It's a shiny palace full of snakes. All there is to it. Don't s**** yourself.Block the sales *** telling you what you want to hear. Block the emails and don't provide them so much as your favorite color. The best thing that could ever happen to them is bankruptcy so they can slow up on building negative karma.Review from Brandon B

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This is the worst dealership to buy from and after care that I have experience. When I was buying my car had them take a copy of my disabled veteran plates to transfer to the new car. They made the copy and then returned it to me. Even while I was signing paperwork with *****, I signed the ** plate paperwork. Come to find out they blew that completely off and did whatever they wanted. I also had a We Owe for dents in the vehicle. I called in and made an appointment with the service. Come to find out when I arrived and took off work the service person I spoke to lied about the vendor being onsite that day because he is never onsite the day I was told to come in. They didn't pay off my trade in vehicle right because they didn't send the payoff until almost 30 days after the trade in leading me to owing more. I sent numerous e-mails with 0 response from anyone in the dealership. FINALLY, they paid off the right amount almost 2 months after I traded it in. The communication from them is zero unless you tell them you want another vehicle. The only person who responds to anything is ****** *****. You would be better off finding a different dealership to buy from. They are still adding mark up to the price as well but disguise it as a first time buyer fee from "their" dealership or something similar.Review from David N

Worst buying experience ever! I gave them two stars because they were responsive, I got the car I wanted and learned what I never want to go through again.1. I was contacted about the wrong car & then contacted again by someone else about the correct car 2. I asked to come see the car in 48 hours and was told "First Come First Serve" (which is fine) only to find out later, the car hadn't gone through maintenance or detailing meaning I had time 3. I show up for my appointment during the workday to view the car and get my trade-ins appraised (appraisals were fair) but I had to wait for them to locate the car only for them to bring out the wrong car!4. Went to purchase the car only to learn about the $3K dealer fees which were not disclosed online (wouldnt have looked at the car had I known)5. Stayed later than planned to purchase the car but couldnt get it until the next day so I asked them to deliver the car & pick up the trade-in 6. Was told they thought I would be coming to pick up the car so no one was available to deliver until after closing time 7. I chose to pick up the car and still had to wait (albeit not as long)8. Finally, when they gave me the keys, the car wouldn't start... They gave me the wrong key fob! Overall the people didnt seem to genuinely care if you had a good experience but I only worked with 3 ppl. So maybe just dont work with ********** boss?Review from Kate P

I would give zero starts if possible & send a bill for the time I’ve used to help other people not walk, but RUN from this dealership. Having had 26+ years on the executive front of high-end auto dealerships, I can say this group is one or the worst I’ve dealt with in a very long time. No clue how they have kept their low-rent doors open. The lack of common knowledge & professionalism is exactly why people can’t stand the auto business.Review from Arnecia R

Typically, I service my Lexus at Park Place and there was an issue with a sensor yet had to bring it to purchasing dealership for extended warranty coverage, Autos of Dallas. Upon arriving on service drive, was not greeted and had to walk in to a person on their phone with their leg propped up on the desk. Of course, Autos of Dallas claimed damage to sensor and won’t cover under extended warranty. Don’t buy the extended warranty, they will find a way to not cover it. After sharing my experience with the extended warranty company, I was advised to obtain a waiver to have service completed under warranty at Park Place. After requesting the waiver, Autos of Dallas offered to cover the repair for free if I take the review down and go silent. (See image below) I declined, again requested a waiver to have my truck serviced at Park Park, along with offering to add a resolution comment to the review. 3 business days later, no response. Fixing it for free doesn’t address my concern, eliminate the horrible experience, or instill trust in the service department. Be aware most of these positive reviews were probably incentivized or coerced. The lack of professionalism and integrity is a disgrace. Don’t waste your time or money!Review from Ali N

If i could give zero stars, i will give that. No courtesy or empathy. Money comes first here. I was looking for used Audi 2019 A6 Black. I was in communication with 2 of their sales associates for this car. On friday 01/20/2023 I made an appointment for saturday 01/21/2023. Mentioned many times that i will be driving from *******. Got here late friday night, pre approved for the loan. All excited to go get the car. Got a text 20 minutes before my appointment that car was sold. What a frustrating experience. We still got there but no courtesy , no empathy . All they said they dont have control on that. Like what kind of customer experience is that? Whats the point of me driving 4 hours from ******* going back with nothing? They clearly said , we cant hold a car if we have a buyer sitting ready with avalaible cash or finance. Pathetic experience. Not recommended.Review from Mark G

I would like to start by saying that I like and enjoy the 2019 Maserati Ghibli that I purchased from AOD on August 26, 2022. However the tires were not worthy to pass inspection. One in particular had a hole in the outside wall (on the rear driver side). When I picked up the car (at the end of contract signing) my wife and found the hole. It look to be patched and the sales person wasn't going to inform us. He gave me and "I owe you" for tires and failed to mention this hole in the side wall. I thought that I would get tires in a few days (a week at least). It turned into a little over a month and that was with me calling and texting for a status. When they changed the rear tires, they just put 2 more used tires of the car and they will not pass inspection. However, the most important part on this is how did this vehicle pass inspection with at least 1 severely bad tire. Beware; they will not take outside financing. Things that are usually an option at most major dealerships, make mandatory at AOD. It took a little over 2 months to get tags. I could not refinance the ****% interest that they said was the best that they could get (I have an 800+ credit score). My experience with AOD was not good. I would never do business with them again or refer someone to them.Review from Eric J

I test drove an Audi A6 last week. We ended up deciding against it. It was really dirty and looked like someone had spilled food and crumbs in the console. Finger prints all over the dash so that didn't help it's cause. I accidentally left my ID in the car because the salesman, Walter, didn't get a copy inside the dealership. I accidentally left my ID in that car when it fell out of my pocket. It was between the door and the drivers seat. I looked to see what fell but didn't see anything because usually my ID goes right back in my wallet with location device. I needed my ID on Wednesday and discovered I didn't have it. I knew immediately the sound I heard was my ID falling down into that space I failed to adequately inspect when I was trying to see what fell. When I called the dealership I tried to talk to the salesman who helped me who was off that day. A nice person took my phone number in my name told me they would go look in the car and see if my identification was there. 24 hours went by and I hadn't heard anything from that individual. I called the dealership this morning to talk to Walter because I would knew he was supposed to be there at 8 AM. I need to talk to him directly so that I could make sure and explain to him how the ID had fallen and where to look. Instead of accommodating me and letting me speak to him I kept getting his voicemail when I called back to try to explain to someone that I needed to speak to him directly they were very rude and telling me that Walter doesn't have your ID. I explain to that lady that yes I'm sure he doesn't I remember him handing it back to me through the window but that it had fallen down inside the interior of the car and I needed to tell him where to look. When she refused to get him for me I wanted a manager. I'm running out of space but basically I was hung up on five times I was called a baby I was called an ******* and I was treated with disrespect. My ID was in the car. The GM said he would "deal" with me.Autos of Dallas Response

Much of what the customer said is true, especially regarding the license being lost due falling out of his pocket, but the truth is, he called several times and was told the same thing each time... that his sales rep was not available just yet and we would have him call the customer back. At one point, one of our salesman asked if he could assist and the customer went biligerint to our salesman using extremely foul language and even yelled at our rep calling him a homophobic slur (this salesman is one of the most personable people we have on our staff and has NEVER had any customer complaints about his attitude or service!).
So one of our staff went and checked the car, found the license, called the customer to inform him that we have it and the customer again started screaming at the sales rep yelling, cussing and making threats of bodily harm. He (customer) then came up to our store, was handed his licence, yelled/cussed at the receptionist and then stormed (uninvited) to the GM's office like a mad man and started yelling and cussing at him. He was asked (then told) to leave and started threatening the GM with fighting!
I can assure you NOBODY here used cuss words or called hima baby. Our phone calls are recorded and we verified everything we have stated here to be true!
THESE are the facts, nothing more, nothing less!Customer Response

As usual a car dealer lies to try to make themselves look good. I didn't get upset until someone called me an *******. I told him I knew I dropped my license, like dropping my license out of my pocket makes me some kind of mental midget or something. Jake the manager himself hung up on me. Do you know what it's like to go to the DMV these days? And it's not true that they said Walter would get back to me Walter said he didn't have my license and 4 other people said my license just wasn't there. Don't be typical wine car salesman. Tray is they only decent person in this incident. I will be happy to come back and talk about this again.Autos of Dallas Response

It's very unfortunate that a simple mistake by this person has led to such anger and arguing back & forth and we regret that this was not able to be resolved in the proper manner!
Again, no lies from us, only the complainant who is also omitting pertinent info, such as - in the first few calls to our dealership, he didn't tell anyone that he knew he had dropped his license in our car. He kept yelling & cussing at everyone he talked with including the one who he called a homophobic slur, again while using extremely foul language. He just kept insinuating that we had the license and that we must have lost it, at least this is what everyone assumed he was suggesting. Not until he told Trea (5th and final phone call) to look in the car for the license, did we know that he thought that it [license] may be in there. Again, our phone calls are recorded and we have verified EVERYTHING we state in our reponses!
With the way the customer has treated our staff, including our receptionist, with extremely foul language, homophobic slurs and threats of violence, we have no desire to have him come up here to "talk about this again". If he were to show up here again, we feel that for the safety of our staff (and clients), we would feel it necessary to have him Trespassed from our dealership!
He has his license (that HE lost) and we have no reason nor desire to hash this out any further. We wish him well!
