My vehicle was damaged by rebar on the ******************** I call they say "we know it's been a long time but our legal team will contact you" it's been over month with no call. I walk in the place and the Manager goes in the back and ignores me. I am filing magastrate soon. I guess they want me to give up or file. This is not fair. My car was damaged bad. They have all my info in their computer.Customer response

I have tried one last time to call. Was given **** phone number was told he handles these matters. Been two days no return call. Weekday calls. Not sure who **** is I believe vp. Seeking magistrate help tomorrow.Initial Complaint

Today 4/19 I visited the KFC on **************** in *********. I paid for my meal via Apple Pay. The cashier let me know that my receipt did not print so I would have to pay again. I checked my bank and noticed that I had in fact paid and checked my Apple Pay wallet and the transaction had gone through. A gentleman came to the window and stated that I would still have to pay again if I wanted my food. I asked to speak to the district manager, and a very rude lady named ***** was the one that talked to me. She stated it was not her problem if the transaction had gone thru on my end, that apparently on their end it hadnt. I asked her why I would have to pay again if clearly the money had been deducted from my account. I asked her what if I didnt have the money to pay again, what would I be able to do? She said she did not care that it was not her problem. I let her know I would report her to corporate if she did not refund me, and she said I could call whoever I wanted to call. Very rude customer service, and on top of that they stole $8.97 from me.Business response
