Although I am generally happy with the first year of my panels, one of the main things I wanted was a battery. The salesman misled me into thinking that the batteries are back ordered and would come in a couple of months. Then he rushed us into signatures. A year later there is no battery, and he stopped acknowledging my messages.

I'm not sure why the great reviews. We signed our contract in January and have not heard from them since. Not sure at this point how to cancel our contract. Will probably need to contact an attorney. Maybe I'm the first to review from Colorado and they are having difficulty getting permits or units. Not sure what the problem is since we have not heard from them.

We researched several solar companies before we decided to go with RISE ... Tony B***** was very professional in his presentation presenting his proposal - no hype or high pressure sales tactics - just the facts for our consideration ... we looked at several RISE installations and found consistent quality and workmanship ...

On the day of installation the work crew showed up a few minutes late but called to let us know they were backed up in traffic because of an accident ... Upon arrival the crew, just like Tony, were professional from start to finish ... They walked with us around the property and explained what they would be doing - said to let them know if we had any questions or concerns ...

When they completed the installation they cleaned up walking the property two times to insure they left the property in better shape than they found it ... Without reservation I would highly recommend RISE, Tony, and the installation crew!!! Great Experience ...

I live in Ponder, TX. During the Denton State Fair in August 2021, I found an information stand next to my both I was working in. I did talk to the sales person and told him that I really do not have the money to by solar panels, but I think it is a good idea. We talked about it and he told me to contact his manager Tony B*****. After a little while I was able to contact Tony and made an appointment. Tony advised that Rise Power has a plan to get you solar panels without having to purchase these. So we discussed it and decided we will go for it. A couple days later a gentleman came by and looked at our roof, looked at the meter and made drawings. Shortly thereafter Tony contacted us and said that they would have a plan for us that it is almost at today's cost. We signed the agreement. It took a few weeks to get it all together, but on December 17, 2021 the solar panels were installed.

I have never seen a crew in my life that has worked so hard, communicated, and helped each other as best as possible. The crew manager was at my house at 0800. He started and the truck came a little later, however the majority of "worker bees" came by car. The electrician did an outstanding job to put the meters and cables on the outside. The entire crew was extremely friendly, answered questions, which came to my mind, in great detail. Each person on that crew had a job to do and did it outstanding and helped when they were finished on their job to help the other team members. I have worked for a good time in my life, but I only saw such good teamwork in the Military. Each one has a job to do, will do it but there is help when you need it! These guys were truly outstanding, and I thanked them for the service they gave me and my family. So the roof was ready by 1200 noon and all of my panels were attached and were working.

Today, on December 21, 2021 I received the Permission to Operate from Oncor and tomorrow I have a new Power Company that will by my electricity and from there I will use grid power at night or when there is bad weather. I am very pleased how this was handled, by the sales manager, the crew and some of the people behind the scenes.

If you want to go solar, contact Rise Power and they will work with you to get you set up - now it sounds like a commercial and I will quit.
