  I had seen an online off for a trip to ****** with the hotel up to 80% off. You had to pay 25 dollars to sign up and have a zoom call to go over their business and how you would qualify to get one of three hotels with a large discount. I paid the 25 dollars and scheduled the zoom call. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule the call for the next week. Everything was fine until I received a text message telling me congratulations, even though I hadnt attended the call, they went ahead and got me a hotel and an upgrade to a better room even! They had already went ahead and charged me for the hotel! I was shocked and maybe as some people would be happy to not have to sit through the call, I wanted to listen to see more about the business and how it worked. I was upset because I had another large transaction that was scheduled to come out of my account and told the person that was NOT okay and that they didnt have my permission to charge my card without me agreeing. I did agree to the 25 dollars but not the second charge for 374 dollars. They did refund the money after I told them I was going to file a fraud claim with my bank. I am upset that they were not transparent with how they do their business. I did read through the information and there is no disclosure that you could be charged the additional amount, just that it would be required to attend the zoom call and 25 dollars.
