We hired Texas One Construction to renovate several areas of our home at the end of last year. As he was close to finishing up in December, I paid him the balance owed in good faith that he was going to get the work completed. We need to have a hood range vented out of the roof, he improperly installed an outlet that does not work, and he improperly installed engineered hardwood flooring. We let him know we would be leaving for California and would be in contact when we returned. He told us to call him once we returned. We are now back home and have tried to get a hold of him and he has since blocked all phone numbers.
