Brandon Underwood of Five Star Fertilizing & Weed Control LLC, PO Box 2005, Rockwall, Texas, XXXXX keeps contacting us about service. He sends emails and at times texts to inform that he will be out to our house to spray weed killer on our newly landscaped and sodded yard that we paid 20K for. From the very beginning we canceled service with him and asked him to discontinue service per professional advice we were given by our landscaper, but on December 10, 2021, December 19, 2021, January 26, 2022, March 7, 2022, and now June 26, 2022, he continues to contact us about scheduled services. Each time I have asked him to remove us from the schedule but he simply claims software upgrades as to the reason we keep showing up on the schedule. This does not explain why after informing him on December 10, 2021 not to come out and perform service, he sent a crew out on December 11, 2021 and they sprayed the yard before we were able to catch it!! I was absolutely appalled because I sent an email, text AND voicemail informing him. Even after he caught it, he still sent us an invoice for the service!!! I warned him then by phone, that if it damages our yard, he would be liable for it and we would send him the bill. Further, that we would not pay the invoice that was sent. Brandon's business is basically a one man show - he does everything - schedules service, sprays the yards, sends invoices and tries to perform customer service of which he profusely lacks. He is unapologetic, gets an attitude and acts as if I am the one causing the problem. I want him to once and for all to own up to his inadequacy, indecency and terrible customer service, and discontinue further contact with us. I called him this morning at 10:59 am and told him for the 5th time to remove us from his software, new or otherwise. I just do not trust him. I do not trust that he will stay away without interference from a higher authority.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/08/31) */ ***Document Attached*** ****** contacted my company in March of 2020 and we treated their yard for a year and a half before they asked me to discontinue. I accidentally reached out December 10 and did a treatment and erased the charge with it. She agreed and we moved on. We then switched software companies and my office manager (I am not a one man show. I have 4 employees.) must have moved her over as active instead of cancelled. So when we made the official move over to new software she received service as one of my technicians did the yard and did not know she had cancelled previously. Immediately when she called I erased the bill and corrected her info as canceled. She was yelling saying I killed her grass in which I informed her that is why I carry Insurance and have never killed a yard in 13 years since I have been doing this. She did not like that answer and proceeded to tell me she was filing a complaint with the bbb. I am including pictures of every service we had with her. Including the December 10 treatment where we erased the bill.
