I've never had a roof problem before so I had no clue what to do or who to call. There was more than just roofing damage from hail and wind (fence, gutters, cracked window, garage doors..). I contacted a random roofing company and they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Then I reached out to the neighborhood group and they suggested **** (Roofs by Peterson). It was really the best choice. Had I gone with the other group, I would have had insurance hassles. **** has extensive experience in the insurance world which essentially took everything off my plate. I simply had to sign things and ****, just like that, I had a new roof (and all the other stuff was fixed). If I ever have another roof problem, I'll definitely use **** (Roofs by Peterson) again.Review from William B

**** came out and inspected the roof and did a walk around of the house to check for other damage. He was present when the adjuster came out. **** was able to explain the process and made the paperwork easy.The roofers did a very good job. We also had some paint and stain work done. We used Roofs by Peterson for several repairs after the storms. They made the process of working with insurance and scheduling all repairs so easy and stress free! **** walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I had throughout. Work was completed quickly without any issues. Everything was communicated clearly and response times were very quick. **************** was amazing! I recently met, **** Peterson, the owner and we instantly had a great connection. Not only is he a man of God, but a genuine and authentic person. Im HOA President in our community and we witnessed a very bad hail storm. I invited **** to the neighborhood the very next day and everyone was so thrilled to have a trusted and valued resource. He was upfront and honest with those that needed repairs as it compares to those that didnt. We will always use Roofs by Peterson. Thank you for taking care of the community!Review from Julie G

**** and his entire crew are awesome! This was by far our best experience when replacing a roof due to hail damage. Not only did they replace our roof, they got our house ready to go on the market. Just had our roof replaced by Roofs by Peterson. I highly recommend them. **** was so easy to work with. In addition to the roof, we also had to have our gutter and downspouts replaced and our fence and garage door stained. As a bonus, he installed ridge vents on our house which will make it more energy efficient. He took care of everything.**** was very responsive. He came by the house frequently to check on his crew, their progress, and if we were satisfied with how things were going.I hope I don't have to have my roof replaced anytime soon, but, if I do, I would certainly use Roofs by Peterson again.
