***** and ***************************** (Trake Construction) have been my neighbors for 10 years and in 2019 Trake replaced my roof. During the negotiation with the insurance adjuster, ***** pointed out that the old roof was a 50 year shingle and required an equivalent replacement. the ***************** refused to replace the old shingles with an equivalent quality and so ***** had the old shingles lab certified as 50 year shingles and that ended that dispute. ***** paid great detail to every aspect of my job and that was very reassuring. With all the crazy rain we have had recently, I detected some minor leaking in my skylights. ***** assessed the situation and repaired it promptly. I highly recommend Trake Roofing and Construction for all your roofing and home Constuction projects.

Trake came out to fix a leak on our roof. Apparently squirrels were to blame! We had a huge storm a couple of days later and not a drop of rain came through the repaired area. I would highly recommend James for any project!Trake Construction Management, LLC Response

After doing my homework I selected Trake Construction to replace my roof and siding, rebuild my outdoor spiral staircase, install solar screens on west facing windows, redesign my landscaping and replace my insulation. Throughout the process, James Denton regularly came by to talk to me, show me their work and keep me informed about next steps. His work was superior and prices extremely fair.
