*** was very personable and professional. As a working mom of three, having a stranger in your home and taking time to make repairs happen can be stressful. *** was punctual, communicated well about arrival time, was very quick to get to work all while being kind and making some appropriate small talk. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend their service our fire place is working great!Review from Jason M

*** has excellent customer skills and makes sure I'm happy with the work completed. I had a tricky repair job for our chimney and had a difficult time to find someone who fixed the issues. *** and crew did a great job and finally can check off the chimney repair from my to do list. Their prices are reasonable and straightforward. No pressure to pay for additional services. Will definitely be reaching out to *** for future work in regards to services they offer for our house.Review from Katie A

Would highly recommend working with this company and specifically their technician ***. *** was timely, communicative, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was spotless and fixed. He identified areas to clean or repair quickly and did not attempt to oversell services that were not needed. Will definitely be working with Go Air Ducts for regular maintenance going forward!Review from Michael M

Quite a few businesses in mold remediation that came by were unprepared and provided generic proposals. *** was very professional took time to discuss the project and options. Work was performed and everything worked out with our situation in a matter of weeks. Very responsive to texts and emails even when on vacation.Review from Roey S

Very pleased with Go Air Ducts service here in **********, **!! They came on time, were very efficient, explained what the issue was and how it formed as well as to treat it. The service was fast and efficient with before and after pictures! I asked to be on their annual maintenance program to make sure my mold issue will not reoccur. I contacted this company for a dryer vent cleaning and was informed the cleaning would be a flat fee of $129 unless there were repairs needed to the ducting. I was very thorough in describing the configuration of the system and they assured me that none of those factors would affect the price. *** arrived on site and told me the office staff dont know what they were talking about and the cleaning fee would need to be increased to $300, but he would cut me a special deal for $220. The work took less than 10 mins to complete and *** was trying to pressure me into paying him immediately after I informed him I would only pay the invoice after speaking with company management. I was ultimately able to get the company to honor the original pricing, but it took several days and phone calls to get there.Review from Maya P.
