I paid The Successful Nurse Coaches *** (TSNC) $15,000 to participate in a 12 month coaching mentorship program from Jan 2023- Dec 2023. They committed to provide lifetime access to their online course (valued at $1,999) plus coaching services and other deliverables within this program.TSNC failed to render these services, retracted my access to the course, and prevented me from completing the program with my cohort based on unsubstantiated claims I breached our contractual agreement. I do NOT recall seeing or signing any such agreement or them making any mention of it prior to taking my money. *** repeatedly requested an executed copy of this alleged agreement only to be provided different versions of a document I believe TSNC manufactured after taking my money. None of the documents include a date, my name, or signature.TSNC have been unresponsive to my requests for clarification and refund beyond providing an inconsequential refund of $1,000 of the $15,000 paid. Upon notifying them of my intent to file a complaint, their attorney sent a ************** (C&D) letter, alleging this was harassment and threatened me with legal action if I don't comply with the provisions of our agreement they have yet to provide an executed copy of. The C&D letter made other inaccurate claims they refuse to clarify. I did NOT knowingly or willingly violate any agreements or rules. I invested a lot of money, time, and love in the program.TSNC unfair business dealings and conduct has caused me severe economical & emotional injuries plus damages to my relationships & professional reputation.I seek your assistance obtaining an executed copy of the alleged contractual agreement so I can understand my obligations and if TSNC had any legal excuse to refuse to carry out work before it was completed. If no agreement exists or they fail to demonstrate a breach on my part, I request a refund of $14,000 since they prevented me from completing the program with my cohort.Thank you.

      Dear BBB,
We are saddened to hear, but not surprised by Ms. ******** complaint however her
complaint has no merit. We have a 97% satisfaction rate, and have never encountered this
      before.

Ms. ******* purchased a year-long mentorship program with TSNC. At the time of purchase,
she agreed to certain terms and conditions (a copy of which was available at time of purchase,
has always been available on our website, and has been provided to her multiple times since).
One of the terms she agreed to was to not solicit clients or offer services to other members of
the group. Ms. ******* repeatedly violated this agreement, even after being told to stop. Her
colleagues felt violated and we didnt feel it was appropriate for the safety of our clients to have
      her remain.

Therefore, we had no choice but to terminate our agreement. At the time of termination, she
only had 2 group calls out of 32 total left under the contract. She attended a $2500 all expense retreat as well.

Even though our contract states no refunds, we extended ***** to Ms. ******* and gave her $1,000 refund in good faith to hopefully resolve
the issue and end our association with her.

Since then, we have then been on the receiving end of threats and for two months to give her
more money.  We hired an attorney to help with this because it was very clear this was
escalating and Ms. ******* began making more and more unreasonable demands.

This complaint was threatened if we didnt give her $2500 the week of Christmas.
We are very disappointed in the outcome of our relationship with Mrs. ******** We wish her
the best and would like nothing more than to move forward without weekly threats.

      Complaint: 21150583

I am rejecting this response because: the statements The Successful Nurse Coaches made are not accurate and they have NOT provided any reasons or evidence as to why they believe I agreed to any such terms. They did not make it clear I needed to fulfill certain obligations to receive the goods and services I compensated them $15,000 to provide.

I do not recall being presented with any document or agreement that included these terms and conditions they say I agreed to nor could I locate it on their website. If I checked or signed something acknowledging and validating my agreement, I request they please provide proof or a copy of the executed agreement with my signature on it. They typically record all calls so if I verbally agreed to certain terms that I dont remember agreeing to, I request they please provide the call recording in which this agreement was made.

Members in my mentorship group approached me inquiring if I would provide them paid business support after the mentorship program was complete because they felt the program hadnt provided them with the type of support they thought they were going to get.

When I was told such discussions were a breach of the mentorship agreement, though I was not aware of any such agreement, I immediately ceased these discussions and I did NOT continue offering paid services as their allegations suggest.

This cost me thousands of dollars in projected revenue members my group members wanted to pay me over an alleged agreement The Successful Nurse Coaches still have yet to provide an executed copy of.

They provided different versions of generic PDF copies of an agreement. However, even in this document that doesnt include my name, date, or signature on it, I dont see anything I violated and they refuse to clarify which term or provision they believe I breached and when.

I respectfully emailed asking for clarification and/or a refund. When they failed to respond, I followed up. There were no threats, only a notification that I intended to file a consumer complaint if they did not provide a copy of our executed agreement with explanation or a refund for goods and services not rendered.  I reiterate this request now.

They will likely maintain a 97% satisfaction rate they describe because they block consumers who might leave an unfavorable review from their only public review system.

NONE of the 7 others in my group generated a return on investment after completing their 12 month business mentorship program designed to support client creation. Most didnt even create a single paid client. I hear very similar results from their clients in their other Year 1 mentorship groups.

The Successful Nurse Coach sales tactics boast that their clients generate millions of dollars in revenue but I suspect they are counting Year 2 client income. Their Year 2 clients are coaches paid from Year 1 mentorship revenue so I encourage anyone considering their program to do their research. Inquire further and talk to a few people who have gone through their program by asking in different nurse coach ******** groups if anyone went through their mentorship program.

To resolve this matter at hand, I ask that The Successful Nurse Coaches demonstrate the integrity and fair business dealing of a company that values customer satisfaction and provide a full refund for the services and goods not rendered and the damages their conduct has caused me.

      Regards,
