I attempted to use their services last September but after hours on the phone they could not get their service to work on my TV so I told them to forget everything. I never signed up for the service, never received anything confirming such a service, (because I never signed up), and I thought that was the end of it. Going thru my bank records, (which were all messed up due to a messy divorce) I noticed a $70 plus charge from them on my bank card and descovrred they have been doing that for 9 months with no notification, no subscription confirmation. No receipts, nothing. They agreed to refund one month and told me I was out of luck with the rest. There is no contract.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/06) */ I believe this complaint on our company was filed in error. We are a roofing company and we do roof repairs and replacements. We have nothing to do with tv or tv subscriptions as described in the complaint. I'm assuming the complainant chose the wrong company when filing complaint. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did not file a complaint about this company. I filed a complaint about fubo.tv (FUBO TV) located in New York City. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/06/13) */ Is this an automated system? If someone at the BBB was reviewing these responses, they would see that this customer DID NOT file a complaint against our company, Roof 2 Roof, and we should not be required to continue responding.
