August 10, 2022 Brown's Fence & Repair reset one of my fence poles because my the gate opening had become too wide for me to lock it, Once it was fixed Mr. Brown didn't want to pay the worker, nor did he want to come and pick it up. Since they charge more to use a credit card, I mailed a certified cashier's check to the address on their business card. I sent Mr. Brown a text informing him that the certified cashier's check was mailed and asked that he either email me a copy of the invoice stamped paid or send the invoice to my home address. I received an acknowledgment text from Mr. Brown that he received the check. I verified that the check had been delivered via United States Postal tracking. Also, the check was shown on my bank statement showing that it was cashed. I have not received a copy of the invoice showing that I paid in full. I'm asking for the invoice because it is my receipt.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/03) */ We sent a email copy of the invoice on Aug 23rd.showing paid. Resending today and mailing a copy. Please check your spam folder because sometimes our emails go there. Thanks Brown's Fence & Repair Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/10/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) They say they emailed it to me in August but it wasn't in my received or spam but after contacting you BBB they did email it to me and I received it in my spam. Yes, they also sent me a hard copy via the USP mail. I really appreciate your assistance BBB in resolving this issue.
