On 11/7/19 I paid Simple Unmanned, Llc $4800 as a downpayment for a HarborScout unmanned boat. I did not receive my equipment and did not hear from ************************* (the owner) until we attempted to contact him several times. He kept telling us he would send money when he had it. He has paid us back $2000, but still owes $1800. I have tried for months to contact him using several different platforms. He simply does not communicate with me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
On 3/10/2023, the owner of Simple Unmanned, LLC sent me an email saying,"Hello, I have finally collected payment from a big 100+ day slow pay; your check will go out Monday." This was in response to an email I sent to him saying,"Please send payment of $1800 for monies owed. This is the remaining amount you owe for the advance we paid you in good faith for equipment we never received." We still have not received the money or the equipment we put a downpayment on. All we want is for our money to be reimbursed. **************** keeps promising to send a check, but we never receive it.
