On 4/12/24 I paid $685.46 for this man ****** to order a part for my 1 yr old ** stove. 05/23/2024Today he was supposed to come and put that part in. It is 7:08 pm and no show. I have been talking to him on this # ************ he has yet to show up. Looking him up here I realize that I have been robbed!Initial Complaint

On 30 May 2023 responded to our call to a ************** number. The repairman (******) came to the house and diagnosed the problem to be the **************************** The parts cost $419.97. We were discussing the cost of the new part vs a new washer. ****** than offer to sell us a refurbished Whirlpool top load washer (model WTW **** HW, serial ********** with a 90-day warranty for $450 cash.On 3 Jun 2023 he delivered the washer. Thats when the problems started. We discovered there was a leak under the washer and the auto soap dispenser didnt work. ****** returned later the same day to check for the leak, but he couldnt find it. After several text messages about the problems ****** offered to replace the machine with another refurbished one. On 14 Jun 2023 we told him that wed decided to go with a new machine and asked him to pick up the machine and refund our money. He stopped answering our repeated calls and text.Initial Complaint

I had previously reported this to BBB and never heard any response. I have a copy of the receipt where I paid $539.19 total repair amount and it was never repaired. This started on April 25, 2022 and drug out through June 15, *********************************** working condition. We asked several times to be compensated and the tech said he would get back to us. We advised him we were just going to buy a new dryer as it was such an inconvenience having to go to the laundry mat. He said he would find us one but my wife was already fed up with the way they had been treating us. We went ahead and went to ********** and bought another dryer exactly like the one we had and it cost less. We continued asking for reimbursement. Never got a dime. What a name for a company with no Integrity at all. Do not use this company as they are scam artist.Initial Complaint

I googled authorized Miele dishwasher repair services and this companys information came up. They came out on 12/14/22 and quoted me a repair of ****** for a visit fee and a drain hose specific to the brand of the dishwasher. I was quoted a **** day turn around time for the part to come in. I called on day 7 (12/21/22) and received no return call or status update. I called 2-3 times on 12/22/22 and finally got through and was told Id be called back before noon. The return call finally came at 3:30 pm on 12/23/22 and at that time I was told the part would not be available until 1/26/23. At that time I asked for a refund and wanted to cancel the part order. The check for the full amount has already been cashed despite not having rendered any services. I would like a refund of funds for services that have not been rendered.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I wanted to follow up and let you know that we did finally receive a refund of the parts and labor costs, which was what was mutually agreed upon. The check was delivered personally,

Tech came to my home July 21, 2022. GE double oven would not heat. Was to order 2 fan motors and 2 sensors. Would be in in 7 to 10 days. Paid half, $325.46 of cost. Have called and no response. I think I have been scammed. They have already cashed my check.
