We acquired personalized cabinetry from Michael Edwards. Regrettably, following the installation of these cabinets, our previously functioning microwave ceased to operate. Unable to locate a suitable replacement to fit the designated space, we reached out to Michael Edwards to commission another custom facade. After enduring a prolonged wait of several months, the installer arrived. Unfortunately, the custom-made piece did not align correctly, necessitating on-site adjustments that resulted in visible s**** marks on the front face. It is perplexing why inaccuracies occurred despite providing precise measurements. Despite our attempts to communicate with both the owner and the salesman, we have yet to receive a response. If they persist in refusing to rectify the situation, a refund in accordance with our legally binding contract is imperative, as they are not upholding their end of the agreement.Business response

We ordered our custom cabinets in October 2022 on a new build. Contacted company starting in March 2023 until June to get status. No return messages ever received. Finally end of June got response from Gearry, saying that he will check. After many unreturned voicemails was told job was moving forward and delivery in 2-3 weeks. Time came for delivery and no response again to too many voicemails left. On July 20, ****** responds and says our job has fallen the the cracks and will work to get this resolved. July 13 response is will push to get job resolved. Called again numerous times, no call back. July 19 response projected delivery 3-3 weeks. Additional voicemails and text sent and delivery finally 2nd week of August. Took additional 2 weeks for final trim to be put on. Then 1 to 1 1/2 months to have someone walk the job to finish the final finishes of the cabinets. Have again called numerous times, left text messages and voicemails to get this resolved. No response from company. The cost of these cabinets was high end custom cabinets. We have not received what we were promised and the follow through of this company is terrible. We are requesting that this job be completed ASAP
