On December 23, 2020, I took my **** Jeep Grand Cherokee to M4 Auto Restoration with a list of service requests to include completely reupholstering the drivers seat. ****************** estimated a cost of $450 for the task. The actual final cost on March 12, 2021 was $325, becauseas I irritably discoveredthe drivers seat was not completely reupholstered as I had requested. I complained that I must then hire someone again to fulfill my service request and should not pay twice for a service when my original request had clearly been unfulfilled. ****************** agreed.To remedy the discrepancy, ****************** promised to fully reimburse me for his blunder. Although he should have reimbursed me immediately, on July 20, 2021, 4:14 p.m., I amiably sent him a receipt for the completed/fulfilled work. Despite repeated correspondence and promises to reimburse me $325 by PayPal or check, more than 6-months, and 13-days have passed and I have not been reimbursed.
