I would never recommend this company. You expect professional results with mediocre outcome. They damaged my toilet seat, I paid for it. The re-grouted the guest bathroom floor and ********* all over my new vanity. ***** argues with me about centering the light over the sink instead of the whole vanity all due to laziness. I stood my ground and had it done. Speaking of *****, he barely shows up to the job site to manage the project. He will do his rough plumbing and barely see him again. Even when he says he will be there, he doesnt show up. I also did a lot of the demo in the guest bathroom, do you think I got anything off for that? No. Also when they were done with the guest bathroom and left for the weekend, I hung the door back on the hinges and put the pulls on the vanity. Moving into main bathroom. I tried to prep the area to protect my floors and try to keep dust to a minimum. They dont do that. They also do not wear safety gear and one of the workers cut his finger. Again ***** came to do the rough plumbing and the guys were left to do everything else. I walk in after they left one night and noticed a big chip on my counter top. That was November 16 when I let Suave know. After the tiling was done, ***** came to fix some of the stuff as a last walkthrough. As soon as he got to his car to leave, I get a bill from him. Umm, I am not paying until the counter top is fixed to my satisfaction. All of a sudden, I have someone show up unexpectedly at 7pm to fix my counter top. That doesnt work for me because I have been sick. Someone came and all they did was fill it with epoxy. Now he is getting his lawyer after me. Another red flag, no inspections. I can go on.
