      I have had a loan with this company for a few months and have had issues with their claim that they have yet to receive my payments. I sent my payments through my bank electronically and through the mail. I mailed my payment on August 14, and they claim that they have yet to receive it, due on August 20. They recently changed their mailing address and failed to notify me. The billing statements only have their address in the bottom section of the bill, which is used as a payment stub when mailing the payment. The top portion of the bill needs to confirm their mailing address or phone number. I have asked to give them feedback on how frustrating this experience has been. A manager, *******, told me I should take pictures of my bill to have the mailing information. All of my creditors have this information in the top portion of the bill, and this company refuses to see how they have failed.

      After communication with ***********************, it was determined that this complaint was in fact NOT against GFS Home Loans.  **************** does not currently have a home loan with our company and she mentioned that her complaint is actually with Good Leap.  It is an account for sewer related services she had done at her home.  

      If we can get this directed to them to help ****************, that would be great.
