AHC Installed gutters in March. One of the down spouts have come off the house. I have made 5 phone calls regarding this issue. We need them to come repair

To Whom It May ***************** do apologize for the delay in responding to the customer. On April 30th, a text was sent to ************************* stating we received her voicemail regarding the downspout issue and a service request was being prepared and she would be contacted to arrange date/time for the repair. On Monday, May 6, 2024, *********************** and ************************* communicated via text and the repair was scheduled at that time for Thursday, May 9, 2024. (We have a copy of the text we can share)
It is our understanding this matter was handled prior to the customers complaint with BBB, and the scheduled repair is on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
If anything further is needed please let us know.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 5 attempts (voicemails left) prior to filing complaint. Not one time as they stated.
